Hibernian Insurance Brokers in Northolt, Greater London also came to us following a CGU Club
Elite Workshop event in early 2001. The Bureau registered a number of Domains and designed their

first Website that included details of their commercial, personal and risk management services.
The Bureau created a second site for them before they merged with Luker Rowe to become Luker
Rowe Hibernian based at Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire where the business remains under the
brand Luker Rowe.

Holbrooks

Holbrooks were another CGU Club Elite Workshop derived customer in 1999 for whom The Bureau
designed a quote and buy trading platform called Tradedirect as well as a site for Holbrooks

Insurance Brokers. The quote and buy service offered tradesmen in the building and allied trades
the opportunity to arrange insurance online for such covers as tools, personal accident and sickness
and public liability. The service continues to trade today, albeit with a lot more sophistication.

Howe Maxted Insurance Brokers and Group

Howe Maxted Insurance Brokers and Group based in Sidcup in Kent ordered their first Website from

The Bureau in December 2005. They offer a broad range of commercial insurance and a few
personal lines for their private clients. Commercial cover is arranged for businesses as a whole with
specialisms for aviation, basic boat liability protection, (mentioned earlier in the Bs), charities,
contingency, contractors, home-works, property owners and sports and leisure, and personal lines
for motor, home buildings and contents including high-net-worth property. They also have a fi nancial
services arm to the business.

HPL London

HPL London booked their first Website with The Bureau in July 1999. They arranged cover for

commercial clients and insurance for high-net-worth individuals. Their range of commercial

insurances was broad, from directors and officers to professional Indemnity to business interruption,

engineering and marine. For their high-net-worth clients they offered a bespoke service to manage

property and other possessions.

“Gosure Instant Travel Insurance 2003. The Bureau introduced a Gosure Travel Insur-
ance service at www.gosure.com Embedded code was added to customer Websites con-
necting them to the Gosure Portal to earn commission for selling Travel Insurance. The
facility was introduced to many Bureau customers who earned a lot of commission!”
