Helm Group

Helm Group based in Ashford, Middlesex were another one of The Bureau’s fi rst customers

following the CGU Club Elite Workshop at CGU Head Office event at St Helens in February 1999.
They were a commercial brokerage arranging cover for commercial combined, business interruption,
personal accident, directors and offi cers, and contractors.

Henry F Dodd Insurance Brokers

Henry F Dodd Insurance Brokers in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear are a more recent customer secured
in October 2018. They arrange a broad mix of commercial and personal insurance and who also have

a separate financial services business. The firm arranges commercial insurance for agriculture,
construction, cyber risk, hotels and guest houses, manufacturers, restaurants, shops and offi ces
along with personal lines for home buildings and contents including high-net-worth properties.

Hera Business Finance

Hera Business Finance, based in Prestatyn in North Wales and a subsidiary of Hera Indemnity,

became clients in July 2014 to promote their finance for insurance premiums, capital funding, tax

and VAT finance, and disbursements which was previously predominantly for the solicitors’ market,
but they now have competitive funding arrangements for the wider commercial market. They have

moved to new offices in St. Asaph Business Park in North Wales.

Hera Indemnity

Hera Indemnity, based in The City, London are specialist brokers focused on solicitors’ professional
indemnity insurance who The Bureau was instructed to design a Website for in May 2004. Along with
other professions like architects, chartered legal executives they also deal in commercial insurance
lines and cyber risks. They have won a number of Law Society commendations and sit at ‘The Round
Table’ with the top PII brokers in the sector. They have a business finance arm called Hera Business

Finance which helps fund their solicitor clients’ insurance premiums as well arranging finance for tax
liabilities and working capital.
