Kerry London based in Isleworth in Middlesex bought their first Website from The Bureau in
November 2004 having been introduced to us by another broker they had just bought. Initially the
Website was built for their brokerage side focusing on their commercial, personal and PI leisure
products. The Bureau also created and ran a series of e-bulletin newsletters for their Kerry London
Underwriting Agency news (KLUA) for which it sent out various email campaigns.

of financial services including financial planning, mortgages, pensions, wealth management,
investments, savings, and retirement and tax Planning for which The Bureau published a Website in
December 2007.

K F Garner Insurance Brokers and K F Garner Financial Services
were based in Warrington in Cheshire opened their account with
The Bureau in December 2008. The brokerage side of the
business delivered a range of commercial and personal lines
insurance services along with specialist policies for mobility car
and home insurances for vehicles and homes through various schemes they had at the time.
Whereas the financial advisers side provided advice and services for investments such as ISAs and

PEPs, savings, retirement planning, income protection and school fees planning. Both firms have been

bought by other organisations.

Kit Car Insurance

Kit Car Insurance based in Sutton is Surrey and part of Osborne and Sons at the same address were
Sirius users and members of Masterplan, their User Group, and became a customer in January 2002.
The Website offered information about this specialist insurance for kit cars; mainly Caterham 7 kit

cars but there were others. Being a very specialist type of insurance there were not many providers.
Whilst a very simple site, The Bureau designed a series of integrated quote forms asking the
necessary questions and over the years it secured a lot of business entirely through this Website.
