In addition to the many insurance broker and financial adviser Websites The Bureau created,
it designed sites for its own purposes including various secure ‘client zones’, a Domain look-up
site and its own insurance broker directory.
The Insurance Channel

The Bureau launched its first broker directory in March 2002, which at the time was called
The Insurance Channel. Existing customers were entered with their own specific listings and logos,
addresses, insurance lines, a brief description of the business and a Google Map. The Google map is
no longer following changes Google made to their services. Listings for non-clients are now permitted
on what is now called The Insurance Broker Directory.

Other sites that The Bureau created for its clients included a site for looking-up the availability of
Domains called Letslookfor.co.uk. This site had a preloaded Domain look-up database built-into its
search engine and was pretty smart for its time.
